With embossed stamp of photographers Harris & Ewing. Photo is accompanied by a letter on White House stationery signed by FDR's secretary, dated 28 May 1935, confirming the President's signature. Light wear, a few smudges, toning to lower margin and some foxing also confined to lower margin. Very good condition. With PSA/DNA COA.
