Gene Cernan signed ''Blue Marble'' photo measuring an impressive 20'' x 20''. As Commander of Apollo 17, Cernan was aboard the spacecraft when Harrison Schmidt captured this photo, called ''the most significant photo of the 20th century'' as the first and only image of the full, round Earth taken by a human. Its large size underscores the photo's significance, with Cernan signing in fine silver felt-tip at lower right. Double-matted and framed to a size of 26.25'' square. Not examined out of frame, but photo itself appears near fine. A few spots at top appear to be on the underside of the plexiglass. With Novaspace COA.
