Feminist icon Gloria Steinem signed 16'' x 20'' photo, with her hard-earned insights on civil rights movements including women's rights of the 1970s. In white paint pen, Steinem writes an excerpt from her famous 1971 speech, ''Address to the Women of America'', considered one of the greatest speeches of the 20th century:
''This is no simple reform. It really is a revolution. Sex and race, because they are easy, visible differences, have been the primary ways of organizing human beings into superior and inferior groups, and into the cheap labor on which this system still depends. We are talking about a society in which there will be no roles other than those chosen, or those earned.
