Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner signed photo and signed personal correspondence to ''Deep Throat'' porn star Harry Reems. The three letters, all signed ''Hef'', date from 1989 to 1991, the period in which Reems began his recovery from alcohol and drug abuse. Hef writes in one letter ''...happy to hear that things are better...'' Upon the 8'' x 10'' glossy photo Hefner signs ''To Harry - Best Wishes, Hef'' and he also writes a 2009 ''Thinking of you'' card, ''I'm sorry to hear you're feeling poorly...'' All items in near fine condition.
