Jim Davis original ''Garfield'' artwork, with Garfield wearing sneakers to work out, and none too happy about it. This artwork was used for a famous Garfield poster, circa 1980, and reads, ''I Might As Well Exercise, I'm in a Bad Mood Anyway''. Ink over blue pencil rendered on artist board measuring 7'' x 10''. Signed at lower left. Minor handling wear and production tape, overall very good condition. Artwork previously sold in Heritage's 24 February 2022 sale, lot 82066, selling for $2,280.
