Colonel Gregory "Pappy" Boyington signed copy of "Baa Baa Black Sheep." Wilson Press, Inc.: Fresno: 1958. The author signs upon the half title page: "Feb. 26, 1977 / To David Sharp -- With Black Sheep One's Blessings / Pappy Boyington". The Medal of Honor winning Marine Corps officer writes about "The Black Sheep Squadron" of flyers he led during World War II. The book was the basis for a popular 1970's TV series of the same name. The 5.75" x 8.75" volume with blue cloth boards and unclipped dustjacket is in very good condition.
