Arthur Ashe's U.S. Open badge, commemorating his 1968 singles championship against rival Tom Okker. In 1968, Ashe won both the U.S. Amateur Championships and the U.S. Open, becoming the only player to have won both in the same year. Blue ribbon reads ''Singles Champion 1968'' in gilt lettering. Measures 1.5'' x 8.25'' with some tape residue to top of ribbon and a few minor folds, else very good condition. With an LOA from Ashe's widow.
