Arthur Ashe's ATP award. Crystal vase-style award is etched in frost: ''ARTHUR R. ASHE, JR.'' and bears the ATP logo. Ashe was instrumental in founding the Association of Tennis Professionals. Baluster vase has a full lead crystal sticker and Garrick Company maker's mark. Measures 11'' in height, with a 3.25'' diameter mouth and 3.75'' diameter base. Neck has been expertly repaired, leaving a faint hairline crack and asymmetrical handle ends, else fine. With an LOA from Arthur Ashe's widow.
