Davis Cup chalice owned by Arthur Ashe. Ashe served as captain of the United States Davis Cup team, which won a title in 1982, the year of this award. Chalice is engraved along the bottom edge with the relevant date and name of the American electronics company who sponsored the event that year, ''1982 Davis Cup by NEC Perth.'' Cup has a flat felt bottom and measures 6.5'' high and 3'' in diameter. Overall near fine condition. With an LOA from Ashe's widow.
