Hollywood's Golden Age star, ''Douglas Fairbanks'' signed check. Dated 22 November 1935, the Guaranty Trust Company of New York check was signed just four years before his death. It bears the address of 50, Pall Mall, London, S.W.1. An unknown hand writes the check to a Miss H.P. Cherry in the amount of four pounds. Rubber stamped PAID / 26 November 1935'' by the bank. H.P. Cherry's endorsement to verso appears to match the handwriting on the face of the check. Measures 6.25'' x 2.75''. In very good to near fine condition.
