Oil on board portrait by American artist Lloyd Lozes Goff, signed and dated June 1942 across the top by the artist. Goff, a Texas-born artist, painted the landscapes and portraits of the southwest; his work resides in the Whitney Museum, the Museum of Modern Art and the Dallas Museum of Fine Arts. This portrait, believed to be of Goff's wife, measures 7.5'' x 9.5'' and is framed to 10'' x 12'' in a gilt wood frame. Near fine condition.
