A ''Second Story'' Chappaqua, New York bookshop sticker that reads ''Home of William Jefferson Clinton'' is affixed to the front free endpaper, which numbers this book 201. Bound in blue boards with gilt lettering to spine, book measures 6'' x 9.5'' and runs 240pp. Unclipped $24.95 dustjacket and book are both in near fine condition.
