President Woodrow Wilson signs a document, dated 22 December 1914, appointing Mary Osborn to a four-year term as Postmaster of Osborn, North Carolina. The President signs, ''Woodrow Wilson''. Postmaster General A.S. Burleson countersigns. The 18'' x 14'' document bears the embossed gold seal of the U.S. Post Office Department. Minor toning and chipping to document edges and small areas of minor soiling, not affecting signature. Overall very good.
