Mounted to a 11'' x 14'' mat, signed ''To Sandra Rice - with best wishes - Lyndon B. Jonhson''. Photo is date stamped 8 April 1968 on verso, very shortly after Johnson's decision not to seek re-election Some color fading to photo and light wear, else near fine.
