Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame trophy awarded to Chet Walker upon his 7 September 2012 induction. Walker's niche in the NBA is a distinctive one: the agile forward was named to the first ever all-rookie NBA team and won the 1967 NBA Championship as part of the team widely considered the greatest of all time, the 1967 Philadelphia 76ers. After retiring as an athlete Walker authored an autobiography, "Long Time Coming: A Black Athlete's Coming-Of-Age in America" and then became a successful producer in Hollywood. Statue features a stylized basketball-textured finial and plaque affixed to the front of the base which reads, "CHET WALKER". Measures 19.5" in height with a base diameter of 6.75". Fine. A substantial tribute to one of the most distinguished players of his era. With an LOA signed by Chet Walker.
