Nice Joe McCarthy typed letter signed, dated 18 October 1939 on McCarthy's personal "Joseph V. McCarthy / 40 Gates Circle / Buffalo, New York" letterhead. Reads in full: "Dear Theodore; Thanks for your very nice letter--you certainly are kepy [sic] busy with your work and I wish you much success. I'm sending an autographed picture…" With a bold "Joe McCarthy" signature. Letter, measuring 8.5" x 11", has minor folds throughout and foxing in three spots, else near fine.
