Sandburg signs on the front free endpaper, "For Elizabeth Shoemaker from John Carl and Karlen Paula and their tall, mystical, mythical grandfather / Carl Sandburg / 1951". Edition measures 5.5" x 8.25". Light shelf wear and a minor stain to boards. Overall in very good condition.
