Karl Donitz typed letter signed on his personal ''Gross-Admiral'' stationery, dated 11 June 1978. German letter from WWII Admiral Donitz roughly translates, ''Dear Mr. Metzger! Thank you for your letter of 17.5. It was very nice of you to give me this, as well as all the past letters. Best regards, Donitz''. Letter is signed in blue ink and measures 5.75'' x 8.25''. Very good condition.
