David Niven typed letter signed, dated 23 December 1946 to Samuel Goldwyn Productions, Inc. The actor acknowledges that he will be paid a $50,000 bonus and makes payment arrangements in the letter. He signs: "David Niven". Though Niven's relationship with Goldwyn was long-standing, it would become contentious in the years following this letter as they would battle over money. Single page letter, measuring 8.5" x 11", shows minor creasing and top edge is punched. Overall in very good condition.
