Retained copy of a letter to Jane Deacy regarding a TV role for her client James Dean. Undated, but likely from 1953 as the amount the company was offering Dean is only $250. Letter reads, ''James Dean wanted for Man Behind the Badge....Offer $250...could do no better...'' Single page measures approximately 8.5'' x 5.5''. Chipping and toning, with 3'' closed tear on right side, overall in good condition. From the estate of James Dean's agent, Jane Deacy.
