Interesting letter from Dick Clayton of Famous Artists Corp. to Jane Deacy regarding co-managing James Dean. Dated 17 December 1953, Clayton states that their New York office saw Dean in a TV show where he played a ''young killer...and thought he did a wonderful job''. Letter continues, ''our office here will certainly do all possible to get a film career started for Jimmy if you decide to have us handle him for you at this end...'' Letter measures 7.25'' x 10.5''.
