Undated, but likely early April 1954 shortly before the contract was signed, document summarizes the terms of the deal, with handwritten notes by Deacy, including how much Dean would make on each film. It's also stated that Dean has ''Tested for part of Cal in 'East of Eden''' and that ''Warners has option on Jimmy's services following a picture.'' Single page measures 8.5'' x 11''.
