Letter from James Dean's psychoanalyst, Dr. Bela Mittelmann, to his agent, Jane Deacy, dated 8 March 1955. Dean began seeing a psychoanalyst in 1954, shortly after returning to New York after ''East of Eden'' wrapped. Short letter reads, ''Mr. Dean asked me to send this bill to you.'' Measures 7.25'' x 10.5''. Light wear, overall very good plus condition. From the estate of James Dean's agent, Jane Deacy.
