Dated 28 July 1955, letter requests numerous documents, including Dean's tax returns, New York lease, bills, etc. from Deacy after writing, ''As explained in Jimmy Dean's previous letter to you, we have taken over the management of his business affairs. / We are very excited about having Jimmy come with us as a client. He has great talent and is certainly on his way 'up' with an exceptionally promising future ahead of him...We assure you we will do our best to help Jimmy save his money and try to keep him in a sound financial position. We hope we will get the proper cooperation from him to enable us to do this. We are sure he realizes that he needs this kind of help...''
