Retained copy of a letter from James Dean's agent Jane Deacy, dated 10 August 1955 while Dean was filming ''Giant''. Deacy writes to Dean's new business manager, in part, ''...you must realize that I am not a business manager and have been doing this purely as a personal favor to Mr. Dean. Not only have I been doing it, but also my accountant...'' Single sheet measures 8.5'' x 11''. Light creasing and wear, overall very good condition. From the estate of James Dean's agent, Jane Deacy.
