Benito Mussolini document signed as Prime Minister of Italy, on official Italian Minister of War letterhead. Undated but sometime after May 1938 based on content, document suspends the rank of a retired officer who was arrested for fraudulent bankruptcy. Single page document measures 9.625'' x 14.5'', boldly signed in black fountain pen by Mussolini. Some edgewear and small split at horizontal fold, overall in very good plus condition.
