Original rocket model from 1964 of the Atlas-Agena Target Vehicle, used in the Gemini program to rendezvous and dock in space. Model is identified as scale 1/48 on the plaque affixed to the wooden base, made by the Space Systems Division of the U.S. Air Force, March 1964. Model measures 27.25'' tall, including 6'' square wooden base. Assembled from three sections. Light wear and a few scratches, overall very good.
