Norman Rockwell poster titled ''The Runaway'', signed by Rockwell in blue fountain pen along bottom margin. In this charming illustration, a young boy determined to make his own way in the world is kindly watched over by a police officer. Rockwell painted this artwork for the 20 September 1958 cover of ''The Saturday Evening Post'', with Curtis Publishing Co. printing it in poster form later that year. Measures 19'' x 24.875''. Near fine condition.
