Delivered on 12 June 1987 in front of the Bradenburg Gate in West Berlin, Reagan's rousing speech precipitated both the fall of the Berlin Wall and the U.S.S.R. two years later. Penned in black felt-tip, Reagan writes, ''To Eduardo Ortiz - With Very Best Wishes. / Ronald Reagan''. Framed to a size of 11.25'' x 9.25''. Not examined out of frame but appears near fine.
