With all first printing points present, including ''First Published in April 1939'' on copyright page with no subsequent printings listed, and price of $2.75 on dust jacket. Bound in publisher's decorative boards of the Joad family, matching the dust jacket. Endpapers feature sheet music for ''Battle Hymn of the Republic''. Some chipping to jacket, in very good plus condition. Book itself is near fine.
