Arno depicts a surly businessman who finds himself in a police paddy wagon, not the ''49th Street crosstown bus'' as he desires. Initialed ''P.A.'' at lower left. Rendered in ink, grisaille wash, and gouache on board measuring 18'' x 12.25'', housed in custom mat measuring 22'' x 18''. Minor toning, else near fine.
