1) James Monroe signed land grant, dated 11 July 1823. Vellum document measures 13.25'' x 8.5''. Mousing along horizontal fold and light soiling. Very good condition.
2) James Monroe signed land grant, dated 23 December 1818. Vellum document measures 13.25'' x 8.5''. Missing seal at lower left. Some soiling and folds, one affecting bold signature. Very good condition.
3) Andrew Jackson signed land grant, dated 15 November 1830. Vellum document measures 14'' x 9''. Small mousing at upper left. Folds, one affecting beginning of Jackson's large signature, underscored with his paraph. Very good condition.
