York'', then the name of Aurora, New York. Postmarked 2 June, with docketing revealing the year as 1841, when Fillmore served as Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee in Congress. Measures 10'' x 7.875''. Portion excised under signature. Folds and small paper loss from red wax seal. Good plus condition.
