Walt Disney life insurance document boldly signed ''Walter E. Disney'' in black fountain pen, undated but circa 1940. Sold to him by his brother Raymond Disney, who co-signs the document as the soliciting agent, Walt Disney famously used his life insurance policy as collateral to fund the construction of Disneyland a decade later. Also signed by George Morris, Secretary of Walt Disney Productions from 1938-1943. Visible portion of document measures approximately 9'' x 13.75'', matted and framed to a size of 33.25'' x 22.75''. Near fine condition. With Phil Sears COA.
