Nussbaum / From / Wiley Post''. in July 1933 Post made history as the first pilot to fly solo around the world, achieved with his plane ''Winnie Mae'', pictured here. Post was also a high-altitude pilot who discovered the jet stream. He tragically died in a 1935 plane crash along with humorist Will Rogers, making signed photographs by him rare.
