Each volume, measuring 7'' x 10'', averages 470pp. and contains color frontispiece with tissue overlay. Topics include ''England Under Foreign Rule'', ''The Three Edwards'' and ''Puritan England''. Royal blue cloth boards are nicely embellished with gilt design and font. Spine of volume I is starting to separate, and all books have foxing and some pencil notes, though not affecting bright interior. Very good.
