Vellum document is datelined Philadelphia, 20 March 1800. Countersigned by Timothy Pickering as Secretary of Sate. Measures approximately 14'' x 10.5'' with red wax-based seal present at lower left. Folds with a few areas of mousing. Good plus condition with a large, prominent signature by Adams.
