Dated 9 November 1811, document grants a portion of land near Cincinnati, Ohio, a result of an act passed by Congress to populate the the region. Vellum document measures approximately 14.5'' x 8.25'', with red wax-based paper seal at lower left. Some creasing and toning to vellum as expected. Signatures remain quite prominent. Very good condition.
