Original World War II press photo dated 10 June 1944 of a United States antitank unit firing in Fort De Fougaville, France. The Pentagon's Army Photographic Agency has indicated on the verso that the Americans were aiming at a house in an attempt to get a hidden sniper. The 10'' x 8'' glossy black and white photo has excellent, artistic contrast, and is in very good condition.
