Half-matte photo of O'Connor is affixed to a mat where she inscribes, ''To Richard Fleck / with best regards - / Sandra Day O'Connor''. Photo measures 4.5'' x 6.5'' and mat measures 8'' x 10'', date stamped 23 October 1992 on verso. Near fine condition.
